Jale plans to create a sea route to the northwest. Unfortunately, we haven't made much headway.
We'd love to engage in maritime trade, like Kaslow, but a huge monster stands in our way. They call it King of the Northsea, Barobaro. You'd really be doing us a solid if you took it out. You can find it in the sea at Oblivion Border.

If we can create a sea route to the northwest, we can ship our cargo directly to the north. It will be quite convenient.
We can't do anything until this path is secured, though. We have to overthrow Barobaro before we take any further steps toward developing the route.
