Go into the forest and find Bill the Guardian Soldier patrolling near Babama's Cottage. He'll be able to help you out.
You can find him by the wooden bridge in the east of the forest.

I'm patrolling the forest! Though Siwa Island is peaceful, it's always better to be on guard. You never know when those grazing deer might get some strange ideas. Look at their beedy eyes, probably scheming something.
Maybe it has something to do with the movements on the mountain top.
